2. The separation type mixing screw and the spiral structure head are adopted, the flow path is reasonable, and the inner and outer walls of the pipeline are smooth.

3. Calibration cooling method: the diameter in the production range is 50-200mm, and the production speed is as high as 0.6-1-5 m/min.

4. It is suitable for co-extrusion of all polyolefin materials. It can extrude multi-layer spiral reinforced pipes with different specifications and uses, and more than 80% of recycled materials can be used.

5. The inlet of the sizing sleeve is equipped with a pre-cooling device and a strong vacuum device, which is suitable for high-speed extrusion of the pipe.

6. Motor adjustment, three-dimensional adjustment can be realized up, down, left, and right.
